Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia on all standard size and weight items. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available ($30 surcharge applicable). Orders should arrive within 15-20 business days. Offer does not apply to oversize or bulky items. Shipping charges are calculated once a product is placed into or removed from your cart. International shipping is not available at this time.

Oversize and Bulky Items

EnergyEarth offers a number of large, bulky or oversize items that require special handling. Additional shipping charges may apply to items that are of unusual size or weight. Shipping charges are calculated once a product is placed into or removed from your cart. Orders should arrive within 15-20 business days.

Tracking Your Package

Tracking is available on all orders. A link will be provided when the item has been shipped in an email to the address on file. Please note that it may take up to 2 days for updated shipping information to be reflected on the carrier website once package information has been received.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience. At EnergyEarth we strive to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please contact our Customer Care Center at your convenience and we will gladly help you to return your product in adherence with the guidelines found in the terms and condition section of this site. To begin the returns process, simply call 1.855.36.EARTH (1.855.363.2784) within 30 days of receiving your order and one of our representatives will guide you through the process. Once your return has been processed, you should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks.
